Grade 6 Greek Advanced students recently had the privilege of engaging in an informative and interactive session with nutritionist Mrs. Flora Giorgalla as part of their educational unit on Healthy Diet “Διατροφή.”
The session provided a platform for students to explore the importance of healthy eating habits. Mrs. Giorgalla addressed key topics such as making better food choices, the benefits of eating a variety of foods, and how a balanced diet influences physical health and mental well-being. The children posed insightful questions, sparking discussions about the connection between food and energy, mood, and overall health.
