Our school proudly participated in the Globeducate Music Festival in Castellón, Spain, with three talented pupils: vocalists Amarilis Ketoni and Thea Zavou, and violinist Kristina Vorobeva, alongside students from our sister-school Pascal Private Secondary School Larnaka.
The three pupils underwent three months of demanding preparation by our music teacher Ms. Maria Valanidou, preparing Adiemus by Karl Jenkins — a unique piece using a made-up phonetic language where the voice becomes an instrument. Solo and group rehearsals culminated in a journey that went beyond the imagination as our students then joined peers from across the Globeducate network for three intensive rehearsal days in Spain, between the 27th – 30th of January 2026, forming a full symphony orchestra and choir!
The performance itself provided our pupils with opportunities for learning and personal growth as well as invaluable experience in teamwork, discipline, confidence, intercultural collaboration, and performing at an international level, proudly representing our school on a global stage.
