This week, the young learners of PASCAL Private English School Lefkosia participated in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) classes conducted by the experienced hands of our P.E teachers Ms. Eleni Papaconstantinou, Ms. Alexia Skouridou and Ms. Ioanna Kekkou.

The importance of CPR education is a life skill that every individual should possess, because it can be the difference between life and death, and it’s about potentially saving anyone in need, including classmates, friends, or even family members.

As part of the Globeducate family, we take a proactive approach to ensure the safety of our pupils. Our safeguarding policy includes several critical elements such as the pupils’ health and safety, the support for pupils with medical conditions, and first aid. We’re proud to have a dedicated first aid room staffed by trained and caring teachers.

Beyond just knowing the basics of CPR, the classes instil a sense of responsibility, empathy, and compassion in our pupils. They learn not only how to administer life-saving techniques but also the importance of quick thinking and action when it comes to medical emergencies.

At PASCAL Private English School, we believe in preparing our students for life in its entirety, not just academically but in terms of their character and ability to contribute positively to the world.
