Globeducate Art Competition at PASCAL Private Primary School Lemesos: “Art – A Universal Voice”
  • Primary

An impressive Art Exhibition took place at our school, showcasing the amazing artworks that all students prepared for the Globeducate Art Competition. Students explored how creativity connects people across cultures, using colour, symbolism, and imaginative designs to express ideas and emotions. The final artworks displayed a wonderful variety of styles, and their enthusiasm, effort, and originality made the collection truly inspiring—proving that art is a universal language that brings us together.

During our recent art lessons, students proudly took part in the Globeducate Art Competition, based on the theme “Art: A Universal Voice.” This theme celebrates the incredible power of art to communicate ideas, emotions, and stories without the need for spoken or written language. No matter where people come from or what languages they speak, art allows us all to connect, understand one another, and share experiences. It reminds us that creativity is a language that belongs to everyone.

Throughout the competition, every student showed exceptional commitment, enthusiasm, and imagination. From the very beginning, they approached each lesson with focus and a positive attitude, eager to explore new techniques and express themselves through artwork. Many students used colour, symbolism, and inventive designs to show how feelings and ideas can travel across cultures. The final artworks revealed the unique personality of each young artist—some pieces were bold and expressive, while others were thoughtful and delicate. Most importantly, every student completed their work with pride and excellence.

Prizes for the best picture in each class were awarded to the following students: Daniel, Nitan and Joel from Rec A; Adam and Alisa from Rec B; Polina  from 1A; Philippos from 1B; Olga from 1C; James  from 1D; Varvara from 2A; Michelle from 2B; Elizaveta from 2C; Fedor from 3A; Kira from 3B; Mykola from 3C; Guy from 3D; Pambina from 4A; Karni from 4B; Linor from 4C; Lyon from 4D; Eva from 5A; Alisa from 5B; Polina from 5C; Aleksandra  from 5D; Noya from 6A; and Veronika from 6B.
