On Thursday, 14 May, our school came alive with the sights, sounds, flavours, and traditions of Cyprus as we celebrated our wonderful Discover Cyprus Day.
Our students explored Cypriot culture through a variety of engaging activities and creative stations prepared with so much care and enthusiasm by our Class Teachers and Teaching Assistants. From crafts and cultural learning experiences to hands-on activities, the day was filled with excitement, learning, and pride for our island’s rich heritage.
A very special thank you to our Parents Association for organising the beautiful folklore dancing show and for treating everyone to delicious traditional loukoumades! Your support and contribution made the celebration even more memorable.
We would also like to thank Ms. Maria Georgiou for coordinating the traditional Cypriot games, which brought so much energy, teamwork, and fun to the day.
Finally, thank you to all the parents who attended and celebrated alongside us. Your presence and support mean so much to our school community.
