- LEMESOS
On Monday, 14th October 2024, PASCAL Private Primary School Lemesos proudly participated in Anti-Bullying Day as part of our annual commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive environment for all students. Pupils arrived wearing orange T-shirts, symbolizing safety, as the school embraced this initiative during a dedicated two-week program aimed at raising awareness about bullying.
Throughout the two weeks, pupils engaged in various classroom activities designed to help them better understand what bullying is, its impact on others, and the importance of respecting differences. PASCAL Private Primary School Lemesos recognises bullying as the intentional targeting of individuals through physical or mental abuse to cause harm, intimidation, and distress over time.
We believe that nurturing empathy and compassion is fundamental to building a positive and secure learning environment. Bullying of any form is unacceptable in our school, and we are committed to promoting kindness and respect among our students.
The program culminated in an assembly where pupils from all year groups showcased their learning. They expressed the emotional consequences of bullying, shared strategies for responding to and reporting incidents, and emphasised the importance of standing up against bullying.
At PASCAL Private Primary School Lemesos, we are united in empowering our pupils to take an active role in creating a bully-free community. We thank our parents for their continued support in encouraging their children to participate fully in these important activities, helping us to create a safe and welcoming school for everyone.
