PASCAL Private Secondary School Lemesos Success in Writing Competition

Congratulations to our student Demetris Kyprianou of Class 6A for receiving the 3rd Prize in the writing competition “People Who Inspire: Overcoming Gender Stereotypes and Social Expectations”.

This important competition invited students to reflect on inspiring individuals who dared to follow their dreams, challenge gender stereotypes and social expectations, and promote equality, acceptance and cooperation among all people.

Demetris’ distinction is a wonderful recognition of his thoughtful writing, creativity, and mature understanding of the values of equality, respect, and freedom of choice. Through his work, he highlighted the importance of positive role models and the power of each person to help build a fairer and more inclusive world.

At PASCAL Private Secondary School Lemesos, we also extend our heartfelt thanks and congratulations to his Greek Teacher, Ms Rafaela Soteriou, for her valuable guidance, encouragement, and support throughout Demetris’ preparation.
