about Dr Yiannis Kalogerakis: 

Dr Yiannis Kalogerakis, a distinguished figure in Anthropocentric and Experiential Education, has devoted over 38 years to inspiring and empowering executives and employees worldwide. Holding a BSc in Naval Architecture, an MSc in HRD and Production Management, and a PhD in Applied Industrial Robotics from the University of Strathclyde, Scotland, he transitioned from engineering to focus on people.

After mastering robotics, he realised that the true essence lies in nurturing human potential, not machines. This realisation led him to managerial roles in multinational and SME environments, visiting professorships at British and Greek universities, and impactful training programmes spanning Greece, Europe, and the Middle East. Renowned for his motivational speeches and transformative workshops, he helps individuals uncover their strengths and thrive. His guiding principle is: “We are our choices.
